During this start-up phase, HTConex has successfully attracted a strong team of accomplished professionals who are driving the success of HTConex with enthusiasm and commitment.

Steve Colombo, Managing Partner and founder of HTConEx has 20+ years of staffing and recruitment experience. Steve has worked as an individual contributor (recruiting, accounts management), branch manager, regional vice president, partner, and principal. Various enterprises he has worked for include IT and software engineering for commercial and DoD/Aerospace organizations; mechanical and civil engineering firms and related technical companies.  Past employers are Kendall & Davis Co. (St. Louis, MO);  AGS Information Services (n/k/a Keane, Inc; Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and Rockville, MD); Computer Task Group (McLean, VA); and Modis IT (f/k/a Computer Professionals, Inc; Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, and Phoenix, AZ).  Past companies of which Steve has been an equity shareholder include CSA Information Services, LLC; ITConsultants, Inc; and HTConEx, all of the Greater Phoenix area.  P&L responsibilities have ranged from startup to more than $25 million annually.  Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Eastern Illinois University. 

Roger Marach, Senior Financial Advisor has more than 40 years of executive level experience with publicly held and privately owned global companies in various industries including capital equipment design and manufacturing, consumer products and pharmaceuticals.

Roger holds a graduate degree in finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Sam Ciatu, Esq., Senior Legal Counsel has 20+ years of experience in contract law in real estate, professional services, entertainment, and media.  Sam graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the Ohio State University.

HTConEx maintains a full complement of insurance including liability, errors and omissions (E&O), umbrella, business vehicles, workers’ compensation, etc, with a multi-million dollar policy—exceeding industry standard requirements for the assurance of our clientele.  The company can invoice to reflect the AP cycle of our clients on a customized basis and likewise process time reporting.
