HTConEx is a new company in the health care and technologies consulting space, comprised of highly experienced leaders from the technologies and engineering staffing industry with successful track records in establishing and building the highest level, long term relationships.  Ones that only develop as the result of good, sound business practices.  The foundation of our growth is the result of our refreshingly unique approach to the staff augmentation business:  Openness, fairness, commitment, honesty, and integrity.  Without compromise. 

The staffing industry experience of the principals of HTConEx dates back to the early days of the PC and mainframe--even before relational databases, Y2K, the era of distributed computing, or the Internet.  Our clientele has ranged from venture capital-backed entrepreneurial companies to industry standard bearers such as the FORTUNE 100, and enterprises in health care, technology, energy, finance, banking, aerospace, and consumer industries, to name but a few.  We have provided staffing services throughout the U.S. 

HTConEx is based in Scottsdale, AZ, and offers its services nationally and locally.  The company's core competencies are in sourcing, securing, and provision of the highest level of qualified professional resources for some of the best projects available. 

Although our approach is incredibly unique, our model is extremely simple:  On behalf of our clients, identify and thoroughly screen the most highly qualified candidates who also possess the right blend of interpersonal skills inherent to mutual success.  In collaboration with the individual consultant, establish his or her billable rate (and naturally, compensation too).  This can only happen as HTConEx staff are always aware of the company's standard gross margin and operating expenses:  Our standard margin is twenty-five percent (25%), based on burdened compensation.
